Open HorseJournal, tap the + button on the Horses tab, give your horse a name, add a photo, and you're set. You can edit details any time.

From a horse's profile, tap Add activity, choose the type (lesson, hack, show, grooming…), add a date and a note, and optionally attach photos.

A circle is a small private group — for example you, your best friend, and your trainer. Anything you share inside a circle is visible only to its members. Circles are never public.

€3.99 per month or €24.99 per year — save €23, that's 6 months free every year. The exact price you pay is shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase.

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HorseJournal on your iPhone and tap Cancel subscription. You will keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find HorseJournal in the list, and request a refund.

Open the app, go to Settings → Premium → Have a code? and enter the code your riding school gave you. Premium will be unlocked immediately for the duration the code grants.

Email us with your stable's name, location and approximate number of members. We'll get back to you within a few days.

Inside the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account, horses, photos, videos and notes will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Once started, deletion can't be undone.

Yes. Email us from the address associated with your account, and we'll send you a copy of the data we hold for your account in a machine-readable format. We respond within 30 days.

Only you, and the people inside the same private circle as the moment. Nothing in HorseJournal is public, and we never share your content with third parties for marketing.

Check that HorseJournal has permission to access your photo library: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → HorseJournal → All Photos. Then make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or have mobile data enabled.

Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If that doesn't help, restart your iPhone and make sure you're on the latest version of HorseJournal in the App Store. Still stuck? Email us with your iOS version and a quick description.

If you signed in with Apple, sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally. If you used email, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions.
